In Seawell we have set the highly ambitious target of becoming the well services company all others are measured against: Setting the standard in drilling and well services!

We have chosen to be this ambitious, because we believe that big visions produce big results.

To reach this goal we must be able to create exceptional financial and operational results, acquire and apply the correct knowledge, further develop effective management systems and create a strong culture based on shared values. Our values contributes to the strengthening of our corporate culture and the achievement of our goals and ambition. They remind us how we should conduct ourselves, what the distinguishing features of our activities should be, and what we as an organization should strive for.

But if our values are to be more than just words, they must be put into action. So we want them to be present in everyone's mind, or best of all our hearts. Only in this way can they be brought to life and contribute to the achievement.

The true measure of success will not be based on our own assessment, but the degree of recognition Seawell receives from our customers, partners, suppliers and peers.
