Through trainee development
As a trainee joining Seawell you may have no experience in a particular field, or have limited experience in a relevant field but Seawell will provide you with a structured training plan to assist you in achieving the competencies you require for a particular role and to take you to the next level of development.

Talent management and succession
Effective succession planning is critical to our success. In order to support this, Seawell is committed to 'spotting talent' via their annual Performance Management Reviews and through ongoing coaching and mentoring. This allows the potential for development to be recognised early and the appropriate development plans to be put in place to take our people to next level.
