Permanent bridge plug

Seawell's permanent bridge plug is mechanical set. It's tested to the ISO 14310 V0 standard and inspected in accordance with ISO 14310 Q1. Testing is from above as this is specifically designed to be a barrier plug. It has a high-pressure rating and a very dependable sealing system. It also features drill pipe connections for maximum strength and torque ratings.

This plug is fully compatible with casing scrapers, filters, magnets, specially designed wire brushes or other 'debris management' tools to ensure it reaches and performs at setting depth. A full scale mill test of elements has also been performed.

The plug is operated with a running/retrieving tool (Peak VMB RR tool) and set with right hand rotation and down weight. Left hand torque and tension will disengage the RR tool from the plug and then the system will function fully as a bridge plug.
