Integral casing packer

his inflatable packer is designed to be run as an integral part of the casing string - to provide a positive seal between the outer surface of the casing and the well bore.

• The mandrel through the tool is a casing pup joint whose grade, weight and threads are specified by the customer
• The inflatable element is available in standard lengths of 3, 7 and 10 feet
• Construction is with overlapping, reinforcing strips of stainless spring steel for the entire length of the element, which is beneath the outer rubber sealing cover and over the inner tube of rubber
• The reinforcing is anchored at both ends of the element mechanically by the Inflatagrip™ System, which employs no welding or epoxies
