Rig Management

Our stated target of achieving operational excellence demands that we meet or exceed client-set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs ), increase rig uptime and ensure operational safety. That requires our teams to be of the highest quality, work at the highest levels of efficiency and, when required, be multi-skilled - enabling a reduction in POB and driving down operating cost.

Our electronic management system, COMPASS provides an invaluable resource in our drive for continuous improvement.  Based on over 30 years of practical experience, it contains our policies, operational procedures and check lists.

Drilling crews

Seawell supplies drill crews to support all phases of our clients' drilling operations. As with all our contracted services, our goals are excellence in execution, outstanding safety performance and cost efficiency - all contributing to a reduction in operating costs.

Maintenance crews

Seawell maintenance crews maintain the drilling facility on board our clients' platforms in prime condition. We assemble crews from our complement of over 2,000 professionals to suit the individual requirements of each deployment.

Our promises

• Maintaining the drilling facility in accordance to the agreed maintenance routines and procedures
• Minimising non-productive time through preventive or corrective  maintenance 
• Taking responsibility for the integrity of the drilling facility, inspections and certifications
