Incident Review

Seawell has implemented effective procedures to ensure that serious, undesirable incidents are properly investigated. We do this to ensure sustainable learning from the incidents and to reduce the danger of recurrence.

Risk Assessment

Throughout the duration of a project, Seawell performs risk assessments to systematically identify and categorize the risk to humans, the environment and financial assets. The Seawell routinely conducts risk assessment  to contribute to the establishment and maintenance of an acceptable level of risk.
 
In support of operational risk assessment, Seawell uses recognized techiques such as HAZID (Hazard Identification, and  HAZOP (Hazard and Operability analysis) identifying safety and operational problems associated with the design, maintenance and operation of a system, as well as in support of our work product.
