Seawell's Marine Group has the ability to offer the following failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) within dynamic positioning:

DP audits - an annual inspection required by the classification society to verify the good condition and correct operation of the unit's DP system. The audit both includes local inspection/ testing of system components and operational trials of the DP system and operating personnel
DP operating guidance - an engineering analysis detailing the ability of the unit's DP system to maintain position within an allowable offset in various wind, wave, or current conditions
DP training development - training and continuing education requirements for DP operators. These requirements are specified by the unit's classification society
