Seawell ensures employee participation in - and continuous improvement of - its Management System
Relevant authorities such as the Petroleum Safety Authority Norway and the UK Health & Safety Executive have accepted the management system through the 'Acknowledgement of Compliance' and the 'Safety Case certification' respectively
Our management system is certified according to ISO 9001:2008. The Seawell management uses system audits and management reviews to assess the use and quality of the system
Seawell operates in accordance with ISO 14001:2004 and holds the Achilles NORSOK S006 certificate and the FPAL certificate. Audits are performed according to NS-EN-ISO 19011:2002 by appointed and qualified personnel
Seawell uses the Synergi system for non-conformance handling. This system includes handling and follow-up of non-conformance issues, observations, all verifications and audits, safety alerts, HSE experience transfer and improvement proposals
