Evaluating production profiles is a critical component of maintaining well performance - always challenging and especially difficult in complex and horizontal wells. Conventional flow sensors are influenced by many factors that can reduce the accuracy of interpretation - such as fluid type, fluid segregation and multiple existing flow regimes.

EntryPoint is unaffected by these factors. Our surveys use sophisticated ultrasound technology to detect the precise points of in-flow to the wellbore (or out-flow in an injector well).

By combining EntryPoint data with data from conventional production logging suites, higher resolution production profiles can be created - in all well types - simple, deviated, complex or horizontal.
